The quality management system was outdated and only partially organised centrally. Process descriptions were scattered across different departments, and much of the information was ‘hidden’ in work instructions. As a result, the process landscape was not structured in a clearly process-oriented manner, and transparency and consistency were limited.
Herausforderung
Numerous centralised and decentralised departments, coupled with a confusing landscape of guidelines. This led to friction, a lack of transparency and unnecessary complexity. QMH was the right choice here because we specialise in process management and are able to seamlessly integrate such structures into a consistent system.
