Management systems
We design, implement and optimise management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and TISAX in industrial and regulated environments. Our aim is not merely to achieve certification, but to establish systems that are actively implemented, with clearly defined roles, transparent processes and streamlined documentation.
Audit Services
QMH plans, supports and prepares for internal audits, supplier audits and process audits. Drawing on our in-depth VDA expertise and industry knowledge, we help companies navigate audits successfully and ensure their long-term certification status.
FMEA
We facilitate and support FMEA workshops in line with AIAG/VDA harmonisation, ranging from design FMEAs to process FMEAs. In addition, we assist with the establishment of robust FMEA processes and the further development of existing analyses, as well as with the selection and application of common tools such as APIS or PLATO.
Supplier development
QMH strengthens supply chains through systematic supplier management and targeted development programmes. We identify weaknesses, facilitate improvements and support companies in ensuring long-term compliance with industry requirements.
Customised large-scale projects
We undertake complex large-scale projects, ranging from production launches to specialised regulatory issues. Drawing on our technical expertise, knowledge of standards and clear structure, we ensure stability, reliable implementation and robust results.
