Dachen's Experience and Competencies
Dachen Li has successfully completed his Master’s degree in mechatronics in Germany. Prior to this, he gained extensive experience as a project manager and engineer in the automotive industry, where he specialised in project management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and vehicle manufacturing.
Dachen has been part of QMH since 2023. In his role as a consultant, he supports companies in the areas of project management, core tools, automotive supplier development and process optimisation. His focus is on minimising production and supplier risks, increasing efficiency and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Originally from Shanghai, China, he brings a deep understanding of working cultures in both the East and the West and is an internationally-minded team member. At the same time, he acts as a valuable bridge of communication in our Asian projects. His passion is exploring and getting to know cultures from all over the world.

Dachen works in a structured, analytical and highly solution-oriented manner. With his technical background in mechatronics and his experience as a project manager in the automotive industry, he combines a sound understanding of processes with a practical consulting perspective.
In his projects, he helps companies to structure complex requirements, identify risks early on throughout the production and supply chain, and implement sustainable improvements. Drawing on his international experience and intercultural expertise, he brings together different perspectives and devises clear, actionable solutions.
