Achim has many years of experience in Qualitymanagement und and optimization of industrial processes. During his career he has been in various technical and organizational functions. He has helped many companies in Improving structures, increasing quality demonstrably, creating processes that are more efficient.
At QMH, he assists companies with the implementation and further development of management systems, as well as with audits and process analyses. In doing so, he combines technical clarity with a practical approach and succeeds in engaging teams and embedding solutions within the company in a sustainable manner.
