Sven's Experience and Competencies
Sven Krispin has been part of the QMH team since 2025 and, as a Senior Consultant, brings his many years of experience in quality management and methodical project work to a client's projects. With his clear, structured approach and his high level of methodological expertise, he is highly valued both internally and by clients as a reliable point of contact.
After completing his degree in automotive and mechanical engineering, specialising in quality management, Sven took on senior roles in quality assurance at leading industrial companies. He has extensive experience in quality planning, supplier management and the organisation and facilitation of design and process FMEA sessions. In addition to his technical responsibilities, he has on several occasions led teams both in terms of discipline and technical expertise, and has overseen development and production projects throughout the entire product development process.
