Raik's Experience and Competencies
Raik Jelitzki has been an integral part of the QMH team since October 2025 and has since quickly established himself as a competent and valued consultant. With his empathetic, open manner and high level of technical expertise, he is viewed very positively both within the team and by our clients. After completing his degree in Physical Engineering, Raik gained extensive experience over many years as a process engineer in printed circuit board production. There, he oversaw product and process developments from pre-series to series production, analysed and optimised manufacturing processes, and took on responsibility in the areas of quality management, measurement technology and supplier development. He is always committed to creating sustainable and practical solutions.
At QMH Consulting, Raik applies this experience in a targeted manner to client projects. He supports companies in particular with process analysis, quality management and supplier development. He is outstanding at explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible way. His structured and solution-oriented approach fosters trust and constructive collaboration.

Thanks to his many years’ experience as a process engineer in printed circuit board production, he combines a technical understanding of processes with a practical perspective on production and quality requirements.
