The quality management system was <strong>outdated<\/strong> and <strong>only partially organised<\/strong> centrally. Process descriptions were scattered across different departments, and much of the information was \u2018hidden\u2019 in work instructions. As a result, the process landscape was no<strong>t structured in a clearly process-oriented manner<\/strong>, and transparency and consistency were limited. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Numerous centralised and decentralised departments, coupled with a c<strong>onfusing landscape of guidelines<\/strong>. This led to <strong>friction, a lack of transparency and unnecessary complexity<\/strong>.
