Emma's Experience and Competencies<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Emma H\u00f6ppner has been part of the QMH team since the end of 2023 and has been actively involved in shaping various areas of the business<\/strong> ever since. Her connection with QMH began whilst she was still at school \u2013 starting with her first school work experience placement, which involved travelling with QMH to visit an international client, followed by a part-time job, and leading up to her current role as a part-time employee. <\/p>\n

Emma not only supports the back office with great dedication, but also brings fresh ideas to the marketing<\/strong> department. In the area of social media in particular, she is responsible for cross-channel <\/strong>management and develops content that presents QMH authentically to the outside world. She is also gaining her first practical experience in sales<\/strong>. In doing so, she impresses with her structured approach to work, keen willingness to learn and team spirit.<\/strong> After completing her school in 2024, Emma made a conscious decision to undertake a programme in business administration that is combined with on-the-job training<\/strong>. She studies Business Administration in Hamburg \u2013 whilst continuing her practical work at QMH Consulting. Her aim is to combine business acumen with technical understanding<\/strong>, thereby playing an active role in shaping the interfaces within the company. <\/p>\n

With her wide-ranging interests \u2013 from technology and music to cooking <\/strong>\u2013 Emma brings a creative and open-minded<\/strong> perspective to her day-to-day work. She is already a valuable member of the team and aims to continually develop her business management skills in order to contribute to the long-term success of QMH Consulting. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Emma works in a structured and organised <\/strong>manner, with a strong hands-on approach<\/strong>. She provides flexible support to the team across a range of areas \u2013 from back-office functions and marketing to initial sales activities \u2013 and always brings a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach<\/strong> to her work. <\/p>\n

In marketing in particular, she is responsible for the social media <\/strong>channels and develops content that presents QMH to the outside world in an authentic and professional manner. Thanks to her keen willingness to learn<\/strong>, her organisational skills and her team-oriented approach<\/strong>, she helps to support internal processes efficiently and brings fresh ideas to day-to-day work. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
