Dachen's Experience and Competencies<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Dachen Li has successfully completed his Master\u2019s degree in mechatronics<\/strong> in Germany. Prior to this, he gained extensive experience<\/strong> as a project manager and engineer <\/strong>in the automotive industry, where he specialised in project management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers<\/strong> and vehicle manufacturing<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Dachen has been part of QMH since 2023. In his role as a consultant, he supports companies in the areas of project management, core tools, automotive supplier development and process optimisation. His focus is on minimising production and supplier risks, increasing efficiency<\/strong> and ensuring the highest quality standards.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Originally from Shanghai, China, he brings a deep understanding<\/strong> of working cultures in both the East and the West and is an internationally-minded<\/strong> team member. At the same time, he acts as a valuable bridge of communication in our Asian <\/strong>projects. His passion is exploring and getting to know cultures from all over the world. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
